Boating instructor

I live in QLD and have been trying to get the correct advice on installing a transducer for deep water use. I called Alex who was happy to give me his advice and knowledge on what to do. I did exactly what he said and works great. I cannot thank him enough. I would highly recommend Alex at All Marine Services!

Our instructor, Josh, was very easy going and friendly. He put myself and my partner right at ease, which helped settle our nerves. He is very knowledgeable about the boating industry. We both left feeling confident with our knowledge and skills to skipper a boat on our own. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend others to get their Skipper’s ticket through Easy Skippers Ticket!

Brian and Josh are both terrific to work with and made our experience getting our skippers tickets so amazing! We were all pretty nervous to complete the practical but Josh especially took the time to teach us properly, which gave everyone the confidence to be assessed. If you are wanting to get your skippers, learn the right way and enjoy your experience, these guys are the best in the business!

Booked to do my RST with Perth Boating School on Friday, received heaps of information immediately towards training tools etc for me to study up over the weekend, 150+ practice questions, videos on YouTube or online for preparation of theory and practical tests.Fronted up at Hillarys Monday morning, and my trainer/accessor David was waiting for me, after the theory part was successfully completed, we walked over to the marina and boarded the very well equipped iiCaptain training boat, sweet.After an hours practice, the practical accessment was conducted, completed successfully I was issued with my temporary certificate/licence.Dave was a great trainer, clear and precise training on board iiCaptain, thanks David for a great experience and for passing on so much more knowledge on top of the RST requirements.

This really was an easy skippers ticket process. From booking, to the theory, and finishing with the practical. Brian was patient and friendly and made us feel relaxed and engaged. Brian’s videos and modules were well worth the additional purchase and made the content easy to understand and relevant. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their skippers ticket.

Alex and his team at All Marine Services fixed up my boat after a drunk driver hit the trailer and boat.Couldn't recommend Alex enough. Also manufactured a new dash, installed Trim Tabs, kill tank and new through hull transducer while getting the insurance job repaired.Alex didn't rush the job and was very patient even with a few annoying phone calls from my end asking about my boat.Always went out of his way to get the information I needed10/10 servicethanks

This was such a great training course! Stephane is a brilliant teacher. He explained everything so well and was patient and helpful when any questions where raised. He also has a great sense of humour, which added to the fun! I'm going to recommend this course to everyone who wants to get their RST!

My partner and I loved our experience with Brian. It was harder than we expected, we were super nervous but Brian was chill and reassuring. The video was 100% useful and we would definitely recommend watching it a few times. Brian’s teaching method was 100% effective - his friendly, kind, yet professional demeanour left us feeling confident and capable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, ever.

Alex did an excellent job with resolving issues with my FCI Watermaker. Showed professionalism, persistence and willing to assist in fixing the issues. Highly recommended

Sharon, its a shame you didn't look at the website. Perth Boat School has been operating skippers tickets at Hillarys, using Hillarys local Master trainers for 7 years and tens of thousands of students have happily used our online booking system to do it 7 days a week.Its really strange that you would post a review of a service you didn't use.Also that you would use this to actually place an advert for a person who only just recently started doing skippers tickets with his 1 trainer and 1 boat.Harry - we are the only Boat School that is also an Authorised Provider of Skippers Tickets - fact. We are nothing like the part timers, amateurs and unethical people handing out skippers tickets. We are professionals devoted to better boating.Its a shame that you, whoever you are, think that this review is ok. I think its unethical and anyone who knows me or knows how I do things will stand behind me - just look at the reviews on our website. We actually ARE an authorised provider, and a registered training organisation - something this other business isn't. We operate by proving how good we are - we dont need to resort to sneaky reviews to encourage clients. Sadly it has all been done before, they come and they go, we stay, providing proper boating education to WA boaters.
